Leslie C. QuickFuneral service was July 9, 2008 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Bro. Jim Privett officiating. Selected CDs were played. Interment was in the Bunker City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steve Vance, V.J. Williams, Dylon Terrill, Eric Vance, Larry Williams and Jason Sercl. Mr. Quick was born July 25, 1915 in Dent County to Louise (Barnes) and William Quick. He married Martha Louise (Watson) Terrill. Mr. Quick died July 7, 2008 in Salem at the age of 92 years. Survivors include his wife, Martha Quick, Salem; two daughters, Vera Dodson and husband, John, O'Fallon; and Jean Williams and husband, Bob, Dittmer; four grandchildren, Johnnie Faye, Regina, Amy and Michael; 11 stepchildren, Joy Terrill and wife, Melva, Salem; Betty Walls and husband, Wid, Leasburg; Shirley Burrus, Salem; Claudine Vance and husband, Carl, Salem; Wanda Williams and husband, Lindell, Bunker; Millie Williams and husband, Denzel, Bunker; Dwain Terrill and wife, Brenda, Salem; Anna Misuraco and husband, Jim, Bunker; Sudie Williams and husband, Verdis, Edgar Springs; Kathy Damouth and husband, Rick, Leasburg; and Jay Terrill and wife, Connie, Bismark; and a host of step grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents; one son, Dwayne Quick; seven brothers, William, John, Jessie, Edgar, Arthur, Arvel and Lewis; three sisters, Mary, Elsie and Pearl; and one grandson, John. Mr. Quick attended Gladden Baptist Church.
